Интеграция иностранных врачей в Германии
медицинский экзамен
Германия единая страна, но состоит из шестнадцати, довольно отличающихся меж собой, Земель. Каждая Земля имеет свою медицинскую структуру. С января 2019 года, все врачи для получения разрешения на работу, должны сдать, так называемый, пециализированный медицинский экзамен, чтобы получить соответственное разрешение. Этот экзамен проводится, исключительно, медицинской структурой каждой Земли. Требуемый экзаменационный уровень языка — С1( Медицинский немецкий). В некоторых Землях экзамен более лёгкий, в некоторых — более сложный. Наша команда Eurupework, точно владеет информацией , в каком регионе медицинский экзамен более сложный. Твоя подготовка к специализированному медицинскому экзамену предпологает следующее: ты приходишь с сертификатом В2 в Германию и объязательным порядком участвуешь в интенсивном языковом курсе , чтобы приобрести уровень С1 немецкого. Обычно это длиться два месяца. Имея знания соответствующие уровню С1 немецкого, ты сможешь участвовать в курсе «Немецкий для врачей», который длится, обычно, один месяц и подготавливает к Специализированному медицинскому экзамену. В этой фазе важно следующее предусловие: все документы должны быть предварительно преставлены в медицинскую структуру данной Земли. Только в этом случае возможно получить приглашение участвовать в медицинском экзамене.
Unterschiede zwischen der Ärztekammer und der Gesundheitsbehörde
- Медицинская структура ответственна за разрешение на работу и за вручение аппробационных документов.
- Медицинский совет решает сколько лет заграничного опыта работы фактически признаётся в Германии.
- Медицинский совет принимает специализировнный экзамен.
- с того момента , как ты официально работаешь в Германии врачом , объязательным образом становишься членом медицинского совета данной Земли.
Врачам вне Евросоюза Europework готов поддержать во всех экзаменационных прцессах.
Те врачи , которые медицинское образование получили вне Евросоюза , предварительно получают разрешение на работу, которое в силе в течении трёх лет и связано только с одной Землёй. Иногда , в зависимости от Земли, разрешение на работу , касается к одной определённой больнице или клинике. В течении этих трёх лет Ваш » не европейский » трудовой и учебный путь со стороны данногонемецкого медицинского учереждения, подтверждается. Экзамен эквивалентности или Дефицит экзамен. И когда вы получаете этот документ ,получаете также апробационный.
Sollte Ihr Curriculum nicht als gleichwertig beurteilt werden, sind Sie verpflichtet, die Kenntnisprüfung abzulegen. Die mündliche Kenntnisprüfung dauert 90 Minuten und wird von einem aus drei Professoren bestehenden Gremium abgenommen. Sie beinhaltet Fragen über Chirurgie, Innere Medizin und ein Wahlfach. Allerdings gibt es ziemliche Unterschiede beim Schwierigkeitsgrad der Kenntnisprüfung zwischen den einzelnen Bundesländern. Durch unsere langjährige Erfahrung bei Europework können wir mittlerweile genau einschätzen in welchem Bundesland die größten Chancen bestehen, dass dort bei einem Arzt sein nicht-EU Curriculum als gleichwertig angesehen wird und er somit keine Kenntnisprüfung ablegen muss. Auch können wir bei Europework einschätzen, sollte der Arzt doch eine Kenntnisprüfung ablegen müssen, in welchen Bundesländern die Kenntnisprüfung einfacher zu bestehen ist.
Die Approbation für ausländische europäische Ärzte:
Alle Ärzte, die ihr Studium in der europäischen Union abgeschlossen haben, werden direkt approbiert, sobald sie die Fachsprachenprüfung bestanden haben. Diese Approbation ist permanent und bundesweit anerkannt, außerdem werden Facharztweiterbildungen innerhalb der EU anerkannt.

Due to my previous companies, I have lived in different countries in Europe. I was born in the Netherlands, but I lived for several years in France and in Germany. So the name Europework was coming up easy when I started to mediate free postions in Europe. As such, I have experienced several times how it is to enter new countries, where they have other habits, other ways to handle things and where they speak another language. I experienced that, when you are trying to integrate into other countries the cause of problems is usually a lack of language and not cultural differences. I also want to point out that mediation of physicians is a very personal process. I mean by this that although the regulations are equal for everybody, we still have to deal with different interpretations of those regulations.

Dear colleagues, I would like to write about my private cooperation experience with the agency “Europework” and personally with Mr. P.G.Verweij. My name is Vagan Chartaryan. I was head of the department of Anaesthesia and Reanimation at the University Hospital in Armenia. Owing to the agency “Europework” and Mr. P.G.Verweij’s efforts I am already in the Lower Saxony making preparations for my work as an doctor on favourable working conditions. I found out about Mr. P.G.Verweij from a friend of mine, who had been working for more that one year in Germany, and I am contented with the conditions of my work. Let me note, that many friends of mine are successful thanks to the cooperation with the agency “Europework”. Over the whole period of our cooperation Mr. P.G. Verweij supported me at the organisation – by instructing me on the particular consequential activities, providing me with valuable information and advice, taking a lively interest in my progress, negotiating all details with both parties, he met me on my arrival to Germany and accompanied me to my destinations. It is astonishing, that Mr. P.G. Verweij possesses the required information not only in Germany, but also in Armenia and he is able to find optimal solutions everywhere. Mr. P.G. My name is Dr. Vinod Kumar Malik. I come from Haryana in India and I have done my Medical University in Romania. I was highly interested to do my postgraduate studiess in Germany because Germany is famous for structure and high-quality. So I decided to go to Germany and did overhere my German language courses until the C1 level. I started to try to find a postion by myself and I wrote a lot of Letters to a lot of hospitals and I had even one Interview but this was also without any result and I was close to give up after all my struggle to find a postion in Germany.
